Pet care professionals can see a lot of different scenarios during their visits with people’s pet companions. One of the most common is food bullying in a multiple cat household.
Maybe you have a one cat that finishes their food like it’s a race to the finish line. The other one picks at his/her food and grazes through out the day, that is, if there is any food left in the dish that the other pet hasn’t already consumed!
One cat may be a little heavier, the other kind of thin. You’ve tried feeding them in separate rooms. But how long can you keep the grazer shut in the room if they don’t finish their meal while they are in there?
One solution is the Automatic feeder called The Microchip Sure feeder. This in my opinion, has been a wonderful invention to help cat owners! The feeder comes with a little trap door that opens when a cat who is micro chipped approaches it. If your cat is not microchipped, you can add a pet tag to their collar that is programmable.
